Since March 2003, various diocesan policies have been drafted, discussed, and formally agreed by Bishop Michael after consulting the Council of Priests and others. All of these policies are now part of the 'custom' of the Diocese of East Anglia, to be observed in every parish and community. Each policy will be reviewed every few years by the Council of Priests.
