Council of LaityThe Council of Laity meets twice a year with the Bishop, as a structure for effective participation by lay people in the pastoral planning of the diocese.
Each parish is represented by the Chairperson of their Parish Pastoral Council or equivalent, or by someone duly delegated to represent the parish.
Members themselves vote to decide the main pastoral topic for the following meeting.
